The Yankees were able to complete their sweep of the Blue Jays on Thursday as they defeated them 10-7. Phil Hughes was able to pick up his team-leading 16th win.

Hughes allowed 4 runs on 4 hits in 5 innings of work. He struck out 9 batters and walked only 3. Hughes threw 102 pitches, in which 62 of them were for strikes.

The Yankee offense did it's work in the fourth inning when they scored seven runs. Nick Swisher capped the inning off with a grand slam to give the Yankees a 8-2 lead.

David Robertson came on in the ninth a shut down the Blue Jays to notch the victory.

The Yankees will begin a three game set with the Athletics tomorrow.
