Report: Yankees, Jacoby Ellsbury agree on 7-year deal


Numerous reports have surfaced the Yankees are in "serious" talks with free agent outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury.

The Yankees and Ellsbury have reportedly agreed upon a seven-year, $153 million contract with an option for an eighth year.

With already signing Brian McCann and Jacoby Ellsbury, the Yankees hope to retain Robinson Cano and add more depth to their newly designed team.
