Derek Jeter Passes Craig Biggio on All-Time Runs List

With his run scored against the White Sox on Monday, Derek Jeter has passed Craig Biggio for 13th place on the All-Time Runs list with 1,845 career runs scored.

Jeter came around to score in the first inning on a Mark Teixeira RBI single and in the sixth inning when he lined a solo shot to left field.

Derek Jeter needs only 14 more runs to tie Mel Ott for 12th place on the All-Time Runs list.

Derek Jeter Passes Greg Nettles on Yankees All-Time Home Runs List

Derek Jeter launched a solo shot to left field against the White Sox on Monday, which put him ahead of Greg Nettles for 11th place on the All-Time Home Runs list with 251 career homers.

Derek Jeter tied Nettles on Friday with his solo shot to left field against the Red Sox.

Derek Jeter Ties and Passes Nap Lajoie on All-Time Hits List

With his leadoff single against Gavin Floyd on Monday, Derek Jeter tied Nap Lajoie for 12th place on the All-Time Hits list with 3,252 career hits. Jeter would later pass Lajoie for 11th place with his infield single in the fifth inning.

Jeter currently leads the Major Leagues with 167 hits this season.

Derek Jeter is currently in a tie with Eddie Murray for 11th place on the All-Time hits list with 3,255 career hits.

The Yankees were defeated by the White Sox 9-6 on Monday after they led their early lead slip away from them. The Yankees took an early 3-0 lead before the White Sox battled back.

Freddy Garica started for the Yankees and he struggled throughout the game. Garcia allowed 5 runs on 6 hits in 4 1/3 innings of work. He struck out eight, but walked four. He exited after allowing 97 pitches, in which 54 of them were for strikes.

The Yankee bullpen struggled all night tonight. The bullpen combined allowed 4 runs on 7 hits in 3 2/3 innings of work.

Derek Jeter led the offense tonight in hits as he picked up four of the teams thirteen hits. Derek Jeter now leads the major league with 167 hits.
